Here’s how the most common things work. Pick what fits you below.
✨ Start a new Cubbi Club
For daycare owners and operators.
- Tap Start Your Cubbi Club below and enter your club + contact details.
- Verify your email with the code we send.
- New clubs are reviewed and approved by Cubbi staff first — we’ll email you when it’s ready (usually quick).
- Once approved, add your classrooms, children and staff, then open your door kiosk.

For families whose child attends a Cubbi Club.
- Ask your Cubbi Club for the join code for your child (each child has one).
- Tap Create an account below and enter that join code.
- Fill in your name, phone and email, then choose a username and password.
- Verify your email with the 6-digit code we send, and you’re in.
Once you’re in you’ll see your child’s day, today’s pick-up code, daily notes, and can add another child anytime with their join code.

Staff and educator logins are set up by your Cubbi Club’s administrator. If you work at a club and need access — or you’ve been locked out — please see your club’s admin, who can create or reset your login for you.
